Bynder is a leading Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform trusted by iconic brands like Spotify, Campari, and Lacoste to serve as their single source of truth for creative content. The company is shifting from traditional asset management to AI-powered content orchestration, integrating customizable AI Agents into enterprise-grade infrastructure to help brands automate workflows while maintaining brand integrity. You will join as a Senior Product Manager operating across multiple product areas—DAM, Content and Brand experiences, and Agentic AI—rather than owning a single fixed roadmap. This is a high-impact individual contributor and strategic partner role to Product Leadership, stepping into areas where strong product leadership is needed most. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with the Group Product Manager to translate product strategy into clear priorities, initiatives, and measurable outcomes - Own strategic product initiatives spanning Content Experiences, core DAM, and AI Agents without being limited to a single product area - Identify opportunities and gaps across the product ecosystem and turn them into actionable initiatives - Lead cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success) to deliver meaningful outcomes - Connect dots across teams and products, helping PMs move forward when work spans multiple areas - Bring strong customer, brand, and experience lens to product decisions, ensuring coherence and differentiation - Take ambiguous problems from framing through execution: understand, develop hypotheses, align people, decide, and drive progress - Represent customer and user needs in strategic conversations - Create structure for initiatives cutting across team boundaries - Get into the work when needed—shaping strategy, talking to customers, challenging assumptions, facilitating alignment, or working through delivery details Success is measured not by features shipped or single-area roadmap ownership, but by: extending the Group PM's capacity and impact; moving strategic initiatives from ideas to outcomes with greater speed and clarity; improving cross-functional alignment around customer and business problems; creating a connected product offering with clear customer-grounded value proposition; becoming the natural go-to for complex, cross-functional, strategically important initiatives; and helping shape what comes next rather than managing what exists. Requirements: - Strong B2B product management experience with deep understanding of enterprise customers, their needs, buying environments, and complex workflows - Collaborative teammate who earns trust, brings people together, and makes others better - Proven ability to work across product areas and lead initiatives spanning multiple teams - Comfortable with ambiguity; able to turn uncertainty into clear priorities, decisions, and action - Strong bias toward ownership and action—you see what needs to happen and make it happen - Good understanding of brand, customer experience, and user experience, and how to translate these into product decisions - Solid product and design sensibility focused on creating intuitive, useful, well-crafted experiences - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to create alignment including with senior stakeholders - Experience working closely with Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success - Good product judgment: knowing when to zoom out strategically and when to get into details - Comfortable navigating complex organizational environments and influencing without direct authority - Curious about AI and emerging product experiences, particularly how agents and intelligent experiences change customer interaction A Plus: - Experience in Digital Asset Management (DAM) - Experience with CMS, content operations, or enterprise content workflows - Experience with brand management, brand governance, or content management - Experience building products for creative, marketing, brand, or content teams - Understanding of challenges organizations face managing content and brands at scale
