As a Senior Product Manager at Bridgit, you will own a product stream end-to-end, from identifying customer problems to shipping outcomes. You'll work closely with design and engineering teams, prototype and test ideas yourself, and use data daily to prioritize what's worth building and accelerate delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning your roadmap: prioritize based on business goals, customer needs, and market opportunity; make hard calls on what not to build
- Adopting a builder mindset: prototype ideas yourself and validate with customers before adding to the roadmap; support design and engineering as AI tooling evolves
- Staying close to customers: conduct research, interviews, and on-site visits to inform product direction
- Deciding with data: use product analytics tools and raw data to find problems, size opportunities, test hypotheses, and measure impact
- Working AI-first: leverage AI across your workflow—research synthesis, data analysis, prototyping, idea pressure-testing, and spec writing
- Shaping the build: work through architecture and technical tradeoffs with engineers; break large problems into valuable, releasable pieces
- Improving operations: find and implement better ways to run discovery, planning, and delivery across the team
- Knowing the market: track competitors and industry shifts to identify where Bridgit can lead
- Communicating the why: explain roadmap decisions and tradeoffs to sales, customer success, leadership, and customers
Bridgit is a Series B, privately held company founded in 2012, having raised over $35 million CAD from investors including Camber Creek, Salesforce Ventures, and Storm Ventures. The company operates in workforce management and HR tech.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a track record of shipping complex products with clear success metrics
- Experience building AI-powered features is a strong plus
- Desire for fast-moving work, real ownership, and visible impact; experience prototyping, shipping side projects, or working hands-on in code or no-code tools
- Customer-obsessed: actively seek customer conversations and can demonstrate how research influenced your product decisions
- Strong analytical skills: use data to make decisions, measure impact, and iterate; comfortable digging into numbers yourself using tools like Mixpanel
- AI integration: use tools like Claude or Cursor daily and can show how they've improved your process and output
- Technical fluency: can discuss architecture, data models, and tradeoffs with engineers
- Clear communication: strong writing and verbal skills with engineers, designers, executives, and customers
- Low ego, high standards: best idea wins regardless of source
- Bonus: hands-on experience shipping AI-powered features, or domain experience in construction, workforce management, time and attendance, HR tech, or multi-product companies
