ARQ is a fast-growing fintech building infrastructure to move value seamlessly across borders. We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to own meaningful product areas end-to-end—from discovery through delivery—working directly with founders, engineers, and designers to build financial products used by millions.
You will own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of your product area, driving execution with speed alongside a world-class team. You'll deeply understand users through data, customer interviews, and market insights, defining and tracking success metrics to guide prioritization. You'll lead partnerships with external providers (banks, processors, data vendors) when relevant to your domain and contribute to developing ARQ's product management processes as the company scales AI across the team.
This role demands a founder's mindset: deep curiosity about the why, ruthless prioritization, and comfort with the fast-moving reality of building at scale. You'll receive real ownership from day one and be expected to set the bar for product quality at ARQ.
The office policy is 3-4 days per week in-office in New York.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrable experience in product management or product ownership with a track record of shipping impactful products used by millions of customers
- Strong data instincts; you define metrics before building and use them to drive decisions after launch
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate complexity into clarity for engineers and executives
- Bias to action and comfort with ambiguity; ability to iterate quickly without all answers upfront
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities without losing momentum
NICE-TO-HAVES:
- Experience in fintech, payments, or highly regulated consumer product environments
- Experience building or scaling financial products in Latin America
- Spanish or Portuguese language skills
- Experience at a high-growth startup from early to scale stage
