You will join 9fin's fast-growing Data, Design, Product & Engineering (DDEP) organization, which comprises 15 squads and is expanding rapidly. As Senior Product Manager, you will shape the future of a product at a company revolutionizing the trillion-dollar debt capital market. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Product Strategy & Execution - Collaboratively create and champion a clear product vision and strategy for your area - Synthesize insights from various sources to craft clear problem statements and articulate root causes in a structured way - Identify and use confidence-building methods to understand user interactions, workflows, and build confidence in tools - Align the team around key outcomes and effectively prioritize initiatives across multiple dimensions - Proactively identify and track metrics to measure client and business benefit; define and manage processes for continuous model evaluation and improvement Team Leadership & Communication - Create a collaborative environment for your squad, providing wider context and clear goals - Ensure all stakeholders are aware of team strategy, initiatives, and progress - Effectively communicate complicated technical concepts to non-technical audiences and financial markets concepts to technical audiences - Build strong relationships to empower the squad to achieve desired outcomes through influence across teams - Work with stakeholders to gather input and insights, ensuring they can effectively represent the product team Benefits include competitive salary (benchmarked at top end of market), equity options, pension matching up to 7%, private medical insurance, 25 holiday days, hybrid working with flexibility to work abroad up to 3 months annually, 1 month paid sabbatical after 5 years, enhanced parental leave, professional development budget, and quarterly team socials. REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 5 years of product management experience, preferably in FinTech or B2B SaaS - Keen interest in AI; actively use AI in day-to-day work, attend courses, follow industry developments - Ready to work closely with technical teams to understand different approaches and translate product goals into clear requirements - Analytical and strategic thinker with outstanding ability to tackle intellectually challenging problems - Highly analytical and comfortable using complex data to make decisions - Ability to define product vision to solve genuine customer problems and keep team focused on valuable products - Collaborative leadership style with empathetic approach and strong relationship-building skills - Autonomous worker who earns trust through collaboration - Strong prioritization skills, comfortable saying no, excellent at stakeholder management - Confident in voicing opinions and challenging others constructively
