Webflow is seeking a Senior Product Manager, AI to own how AI integrates across the Webflow platform. This role spans the Webflow AI Assistant within the Designer, third-party agents accessible through MCP (Model Context Protocol), Agent Instructions that guide them, and the underlying platform infrastructure powering these agent experiences.
You will lead the roadmap and delivery across all agent surfaces, working closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams. Key responsibilities include sequencing work so components reinforce each other, building shared primitives that serve both first-party and third-party agents, and defining quality standards for non-deterministic AI products. You'll establish evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and metrics that maintain high quality despite variable outputs.
The role requires balancing developer-grade surfaces like MCP and APIs with an approachable assistant for visual creators. You'll contribute to agent product strategy, own prioritization and tradeoffs, and help shape the area's direction. Product Managers at Webflow are hands-on—you may prototype ideas, ship improvements directly in code, and stay close to implementation to make sharp product decisions.
You'll navigate a rapidly evolving AI landscape, staying close to customers, adapting quickly, and distinguishing between emerging standards and temporary trends. This is early-stage, fast-moving territory where much of what constitutes "good" AI-assisted creation is still being defined.
The role reports to the Director of Product and is full-time, permanent, and exempt. Webflow offers competitive compensation with geographic pay zones, company-wide bonus programs, and remote-first flexibility for US and Canadian (BC & ON) locations.
