Traba is building an AI operating layer for the industrial supply chain, starting with contingent labor and expanding into broader operational workflows. The company has proprietary data from millions of shifts and deep enterprise relationships with manufacturing and logistics customers, backed by Founders Fund, Khosla Ventures, and General Catalyst.
You will join as a founding member of the Agents team to build the next layer of Traba's product—an agentic platform that synthesizes marketplace data and operates autonomously within customer supply chain workflows. This is a true 0-to-1 product role at the frontier of applied AI.
Key responsibilities include architecting and stewarding product strategy for the AI agent platform; solving complex customer problems by balancing user needs, technical constraints, and evolving AI capabilities; writing detailed product requirements and partnering with product engineers and ML teams; rapidly validating and prototyping ideas with customers and design partners; designing agent systems that reason through workflows, orchestrate tools, maintain context, and execute meaningful work; defining product behavior, evaluation systems, and quality frameworks; using data to uncover patterns and answer key questions; evolving the AI product portfolio with deep understanding of model capabilities; visualizing and communicating complex concepts from system behavior to business impact; and socializing work across all levels while synthesizing stakeholder feedback.
You report directly to the VP of Product. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of product management experience with evidence of launching products from scratch and driving meaningful customer outcomes. You must have experience building AI-native products or customer-facing agent systems (not just AI features, copilots, or chat interfaces). You are a 0-to-1 operator comfortable with ambiguity, deeply embedded with early customers, and able to work as a peer with ML engineers and highly technical teams. You have strong technical instincts, understand evaluations and system tradeoffs, and are a builder with a scrappy, inventive problem-solving mentality. You move quickly, embrace ambiguity, and collaborate seamlessly across engineering, ML, operations, design, leadership, and customers.
