BigID is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of AgentIQ, an agentic AI platform designed to help enterprises understand their data, automate workflows, and move from insight to action. This is a hands-on product role for someone with proven experience building and shipping AI-powered products, ideally with exposure to AI agents or agentic workflows.
In this role, you will own product initiatives end-to-end, from identifying customer problems and validating use cases to launching capabilities and measuring impact. You will work closely with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, and customers to translate emerging AI capabilities into reliable, intuitive, and valuable enterprise products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and execute product initiatives that leverage AI agents to solve real enterprise data intelligence problems
- Design agent experiences by defining agent goals, workflows, tools, APIs, skills, actions, decision points, and human-in-the-loop interactions
- Translate concepts into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria while defining permissions, guardrails, explainability, and failure handling for enterprise data actions
- Conduct direct customer discovery and validation to identify high-value agentic use cases, test prototypes, and gather feedback
- Analyze customer needs, competitive offerings, market trends, and emerging agentic AI technologies to identify opportunities and inform AgentIQ's product strategy

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience with a strong technical background in Technical Product Ownership, Solution Architecture, or AI/ML
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic workflows, tool calling, APIs, orchestration, and platforms (e.g., Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot)
- Ability to navigate the evolving agentic AI ecosystem and evaluate emerging models, frameworks, platforms, protocols, and tools
- Strong technical understanding of AI application architecture, complex systems, and technical trade-offs; ability to prototype and experiment independently
- Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving environments
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Design, and customer-facing teams
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
