Amenitiz is seeking a Senior Product Growth Manager focused on adoption to own the realization of value from product launches and feature releases. You will report directly to the Chief Product Officer and sit within the Product organization, responsible for ensuring every release gets adopted, every feature becomes a habit, and every launch has measurable customer impact.
This role is explicitly NOT demand generation, lead acquisition, or launch communications. Instead, you'll diagnose adoption bottlenecks through data analysis, identify where users drop off in activation funnels, and fix the underlying product or workflow issues—not just send better emails.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define adoption metrics before product ships: work with Product and Engineering to establish activation events, tracking plans, and readiness criteria for Tier 1 launches. Nothing ships without clear definitions of what "adopted" means.
- Diagnose adoption breakdowns: when launches stall, dig into Amplitude or SQL yourself to find drop-off points and root causes, then fix the real blocker—whether that's product path, feature placement, or workflow design.
- Own adoption outcomes for major launches: set targets with Product leadership, shape positioning, first-touch experiences, and activation flows to help hoteliers reach value quickly.
- Build solutions, not just briefs: prototype fixes like reworked onboarding flows, in-app guides, automated nudges, or internal tools when you spot friction.
- Automate sub-Tier 1 communications: build release pipelines using n8n, Claude, and scheduled agent workflows to turn shipped features into customer-facing comms with minimal manual effort.
- Understand complex features independently: read specs, ask Engineering the right questions, and explain complicated capabilities in language busy hoteliers understand in 30 seconds.
- Enable customer-facing teams: provide Sales, Care, Onboarding, Account Management, and Marketing with concise Launch Briefs covering what shipped, why it matters, messaging, and what to monitor.
Success metrics you'll own: activation rate per Tier 1 launch vs. target, time to activation, drop-off by funnel step, feature adoption rate over time, and care contact rate per release.
The company is AI-first and expects you to scale through automation and AI tools; headcount comes later. You'll work in an international team of 35+ nationalities in one of Europe's leading tech hubs.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in product marketing, growth, or product roles focused on adoption and activation in B2B SaaS
- Track record of diagnosing low adoption through data and fixing it via product or workflow changes, not just messaging
- Hands-on with product analytics: can define events with Engineering and pull/analyze data yourself in SQL and tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Looker
- Comfortable owning a metric (activation, feature adoption, retention) and being held accountable
- Builder's mindset: already use automation and AI tools (n8n, Zapier, Claude, etc.) to scale without adding headcount
- Ability to translate complex features into clear, simple language for customers and internal teams
- Highly collaborative with proven track record working closely with Product, Engineering, and customer-facing teams
- Fluent English required; Spanish, French, Italian, or Portuguese a strong plus
- Experience in hospitality tech or vertical SaaS is a plus
