Salary: USD 160,000 - 230,000 / annual
Together AI is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to own the fullstack development of core product surfaces that developers interact with daily—Playground, Model Garden, Fine-Tuning, File Management, Batch Processing, and Model Evals. This is a high-ownership role on a small, fast-moving team where one strong engineer moves the needle visibly.
You will ship improvements and new capabilities end-to-end, from data model and API integration through the user interface. You'll collaborate closely with other engineers to build clean, typed, reusable interfaces in the web application, and work across design, product, and engineering to unlock user value. A key part of the role is instrumenting and measuring what you ship—adding product analytics, monitoring system health, and proving users are getting value with data.
You'll raise the bar on frontend and fullstack quality across the team through code review and collaborative architecture decisions. This role emphasizes pragmatism: knowing when to move fast and when to slow down based on user value, and maintaining a cross-functional "we ship it" mentality with no narrow ownership or finger-pointing.
Required: 4–7 years building and shipping real product to real users; strong JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals with TypeScript highly valued; strong React expertise in large-scale production environments; full-stack fluency connecting data models, APIs, state management, and UI; pragmatic engineering judgment; curiosity about AI and LLMs; adeptness at building agentic workflows; and a cross-functional mindset.
Preferred: Next.js, Tailwind, and shadcn/ui experience; familiarity with product analytics (e.g., Amplitude) and systems monitoring (e.g., Grafana); CI/CD workflow experience; and backend language experience (Go or Python).
