Salary: EUR 60,000 - 80,000 / annual
Spiko is a treasury management infrastructure platform founded in 2023, serving SMEs, non-profits, financial advisers, and fintechs across Europe with institutional-grade cash management solutions. The company processes hundreds of millions of euros in flows monthly and is backed by Index Ventures, the CEO of Revolut, the founder of Kyriba, and the CTO of Wise.
You'll join an 8-person tech team as a full-stack software engineer, working on a modern TypeScript stack (Typescript, NX, Effect, React, Tailwind for frontend; Terraform, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, PostgreSQL for infrastructure). Key responsibilities include building and enhancing the customer-facing application, designing and maintaining APIs for third-party product distribution, implementing external system integrations (KYC providers, fund administration services, depositary banks, AML screening), and building alerting and monitoring systems.
Required: 5+ years full-stack software engineering experience with strong TypeScript expertise across frontend and backend frameworks; fluency in English; curious, problem-solving mindset. Nice-to-have: experience in capital markets, fintech, or Web3; background in highly regulated environments (fintech, regtech, healthtech, edtech).
Compensation: €60k–€80k salary plus competitive stock options. Office in central Paris with hybrid flexibility (up to 2 days remote per week, one full remote week per month).
