You'll join as a Senior Product Engineer in a high-ownership role that blends engineering, product thinking, and design. This is not a traditional IC engineering position—you'll help define what gets built, how it works, and why it matters. You'll work across frontend and backend, shipping features end-to-end while building scalable systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Own features from conception through production, across frontend and backend
- Ship high-quality product quickly without sacrificing maintainability
- Translate product ideas into shipped experiences, learning new tools as needed
- Build reusable components, abstractions, and workflows that increase team velocity
- Use modern AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Codex) to accelerate development and problem-solving
- Contribute to system architecture and make pragmatic, non-over-engineered decisions
- Operate with ambiguity, make decisions with incomplete information, and iterate based on user feedback
You'll be working in a fast-paced environment where you balance speed with long-term maintainability, and where your product thinking directly influences what the team builds.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience building and shipping product as an engineer, product manager, or technical designer
- Strong product thinking with deep care for user experience and outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to move from idea to execution (you've built things, not just specified them)
- Comfortable getting hands-on technically, or actively working toward that capability
- Experience in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
- Ability to operate with ambiguity and make decisions without perfect information
- Ability to learn quickly and become proficient in a modern tech stack
BONUS (not required):
- Strong engineering background (React, Node, or similar)
- Experience as a PM or designer shipping technical products
- Track record of building side projects or tools independently
