As a Senior Product Engineer, you'll join a feature team and drive projects from concept to release alongside Product Manager and Designer partners. You'll serve as an "Epic Anchor"—owning projects end-to-end and collaborating closely with product and design throughout the entire lifecycle to determine what gets built and how. You'll write and review code, leveraging AI thoughtfully to accelerate velocity and deepen understanding of customers, domain, and codebase while maintaining high quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving feature projects from conception through launch
- Writing and reviewing code with pragmatic AI assistance
- Collaborating cross-functionally with product and design to solve customer problems
- Maintaining quality and correctness (critical in construction estimating where inaccuracy impacts financials)
- Working in a distributed, remote-first environment with core meetings 8–11 am PT
You'll need a customer-centric mindset, strong collaborative and communication skills, proficiency in modern web tech (Node.js, React, TypeScript, Postgres preferred), and pragmatic AI enthusiasm. Construction or fintech experience is a bonus.
