GoGuardian is seeking a Senior Product Enablement Partner to own product enablement strategy across its multi-product K-12 learning platform portfolio. Reporting to the Manager of Enablement, you will be responsible for equipping New Business Executives (NBEs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and their managers with the product knowledge, practical skills, and confidence needed to connect solutions to customer needs as new products launch and features release. You will own the full enablement lifecycle—from strategy through execution and measurement. Key responsibilities include: developing and executing product enablement strategies tailored to different roles; serving as the primary enablement partner to Product Marketing and product leaders to uncover roadmap priorities and plan launches; designing and delivering interactive live training that helps sellers apply product knowledge to customer conversations and demonstrations; building and maintaining product certification or readiness assessments; directing the Instructional Designer and Enablement Specialist to ensure asynchronous learning aligns with strategy; keeping enablement resources in Highspot current and accessible; using Clari conversation intelligence and analytics from Salesforce, Highspot, and Groove to identify knowledge gaps and measure improvements in seller confidence and conversation quality; gathering feedback from sellers and stakeholders to continuously improve programs; and managing projects and enablement requests with strong prioritization and accountability. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. You will provide mentorship where appropriate and collaborate with the Sales Execution Lead and Sales Coach. Success is measured by sellers who can confidently explain, position, and demonstrate products in prospect and customer conversations, supported by measurable improvements tracked through conversation intelligence tools. The role requires deep expertise in K-12 education technology, understanding of district customer personas and school buying dynamics, and the ability to translate complex product capabilities into practical seller behaviors and customer value. You will work closely with cross-functional partners including Product, Product Marketing, and sales leadership. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of product enablement experience supporting multiple products, with a track record of owning programs from strategy through delivery and measurement - Experience in K-12 education technology required, with strong understanding of district customer personas, buying needs, and realities of selling to and supporting schools - Experience enabling customer-facing sales and Customer Success teams for product launches and feature releases - Ability to develop deep product expertise across a portfolio and help sellers explain and demonstrate solutions relevant to customers - Proactive partner who seeks out roadmap information, asks thoughtful questions, and develops plans before being asked - Skilled facilitator and clear communicator who can create engaging live training and assess whether learners can apply knowledge - Comfortable using conversation intelligence, CRM reporting, and enablement analytics; familiarity with Clari, Salesforce, and Highspot - Highly organized and adaptable with sound judgment about priorities and business impact - Collaborative partner who can influence without formal authority and work effectively with senior stakeholders
