DocPlanner (formerly Doctoralia) is a healthcare platform operating in 13 countries, serving over 90 million patients monthly. The company provides a marketplace for patient reviews and appointment scheduling, plus a SaaS system for medical office management and online bookings. The platform operates across web and iOS/Android apps.
You will join the Product, Engineering, and Data teams (300+ people globally) as a Senior Product Designer focused on software modernization. This is a strategic design role where you will influence long-term product direction alongside product leadership, not just execute quarterly objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving long-term product strategy in collaboration with product leadership
- Conducting user research, analyzing data, and identifying UX improvement opportunities
- Developing design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces
- Creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces aligned with design patterns and visual identity
- Building low and high-fidelity prototypes, testing with users, collecting feedback, and iterating
- Collaborating closely with product, development, and cross-functional teams
- Monitoring product performance and proposing optimization solutions
The role is 100% remote-friendly, based in Rio de Janeiro but open to remote work anywhere. REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience creating interfaces and digital products
- Portfolio demonstrating product design skills
- Product design knowledge: user research, stakeholder evaluation, UX/UI design, prototyping, testing
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving ability and creative thinking
- Understanding of web and mobile development principles
- Understanding of design culture and its application in product development
- Ability to evaluate flows and identify bottlenecks
