Salary: USD 118,800 - 178,200 / annual
Rubrik, a publicly traded cybersecurity and AI operations company with $1.66B in ARR, is seeking a Product Designer to join its 65-person design team in Palo Alto. The company recently completed a successful IPO and is pivoting toward its next ambitious mission: securing and accelerating the world's AI transformation.
In this role, you will pioneer next-generation user experiences for enterprise products spanning AI, immutable backups, and ransomware defense. Rubrik is a Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader and winner of the Red Dot and iF Design Awards, reflecting the team's commitment to making security both powerful and usable.
Key responsibilities include:
- Champion the design process by exploring big ideas and narrowing to feasible, creative solutions with meticulous attention to detail
- Produce design deliverables across all stages: storyboards, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect visual assets
- Partner with designers, product managers, and engineers from concept through implementation
- Give and solicit feedback to maintain high quality standards
- Cultivate customer relationships to ensure designs reflect real user needs
- Evolve the design language and design system
- Collaborate with design system UI engineers on precise implementations
- Help establish consumer-grade design standards in the enterprise space

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design (Visual Communication, Interactive, or related field); Master's degree preferred
- Outstanding portfolio demonstrating strong foundation in interaction design, visual design, and idea generation

- Solid presentation skills and ability to engage audiences
