Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of relevant design experience
- An inspiring portfolio demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered design solutions based on human-centered design and research data
- Strong experience with design tools to create comprehensive high-fidelity design solutions and specifications that enforce consistency, usability, and accessibility
- Experience in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications
- Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web, or agency)
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Growth mindset and ability to strengthen core skills through complex assignments
- Ability to build trusting relationships through clear and open communication
