RADICL is a leading Cybersecurity-as-a-Service (CSaaS) provider serving small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the U.S. Defense Industrial Base and other regulated industries. The company delivers an AI-powered virtual SOC (Security Operations Center) platform that combines compliance management with 24/7 threat monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and security awareness training.
As Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design of a dual-persona platform serving both security service provider analysts and SMB end-users. Your core responsibilities include:
**Human + Agent Experience Design**: Design workflows where humans and intelligent agents collaborate to solve problems, troubleshoot threats, and complete security tasks efficiently. Lead UX for distributed SOC operations supporting high-urgency, high-clarity decision flows.
**Dual-Persona UX Research & Design**: Work directly with service provider analysts to understand their workflows and how the vSOC platform enables scale. Engage with SMB end-users to ensure the product is easy to adopt, onboard, navigate, and realize value from without expert knowledge.
**Design Delivery**: Create wireframes, information architecture, interaction models, and low- to high-fidelity prototypes (clickable and testable). Translate conceptual workflows into clear, testable UX solutions.
**Rapid User Testing & Validation**: Facilitate usability tests, discovery interviews, and structured feedback loops. Turn user insights into hypotheses and iterative design improvements.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work hand-in-hand with engineers to ensure solutions are actionable, performant, and mindful of technical constraints. Partner with Product to prioritize problems, validate assumptions early, and rationalize decisions against cost and complexity.
**Design Standards**: Contribute to the growing design system, accessibility standards, design patterns, and UX guidelines for an AI-driven security platform.
You will partner with Product Management and Engineering to shape experience concepts, rationalize feasibility and cost, and bring solutions to market quickly in an iterative, evidence-driven manner. You enjoy fast-paced environments, bring a positive attitude, and excel at getting things done. You are self-directed, consider yourself top-tier talent, enjoy working with customers, and are an excellent communicator able to engage with people of various backgrounds and skill levels.
The role offers significant ownership of product direction and user experience outcomes within a high-trust, high-impact culture built for execution, craft, and creativity.
**Workplace**: Hybrid model with in-office presence Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and work-from-home Tuesday and Friday. RADICL offices are in downtown Boulder, Colorado with employee parking provided. Comprehensive benefits include health, dental, vision, 401K, and a responsible PTO plan.
