Constantinople is building an AI-native banking platform that delivers a fully-managed software and AI operational solution for banks. The platform integrates customer experience, product, data, operations, compliance, and infrastructure into a single system, eliminating expensive infrastructure costs and replacing manual processes with AI at scale.
As a Senior Product Designer, you will partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Client Success) to understand customer needs and design strategic solutions that drive maximum impact. You will own the full design process from problem definition through validation, testing working hypotheses with users via usability testing of wireframes, clickable prototypes, and published products. You will participate in design critiques and create effective handover materials that clearly communicate design intent across interaction flows and journeys.
Key responsibilities include:
- Applying user-centric design methods and best practices to solve complex banking problems
- Defining and articulating problems clearly, challenging assumptions and pre-set thinking
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to balance user needs, business strategy, and technical constraints
- Balancing high-level UX strategy with low-level execution detail
- Designing holistic experiences across multiple surfaces and touchpoints
- Maintaining high standards for visual and interaction design quality and craft
- Working autonomously and demonstrating resilience in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a product designer with a user-centric, service design approach
- Strong problem definition and articulation skills
- Demonstrated ability to create effective design handover materials and communicate design intent
- Experience balancing UX strategy with detailed execution
- High bar for quality and craft in visual and interaction design
- Ability to think through holistic experiences across multiple surfaces and touchpoints
- Proactive collaboration skills with design and cross-functional peers
- Autonomy and resilience in fast-paced environments
- Ideally, relevant product design experience in Banking or FinTech
