You will own B2B product design end-to-end, focusing on the company's fastest-growing and highest-revenue channel. This role spans product design, marketing design, partner onboarding, and go-to-market strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own B2B design across partner-facing product experiences, end-user notification and communication journeys, claims and payout flows, and the marketing website
- Build and maintain a B2B marketing toolkit: sales decks, one-pagers, campaign assets, and demo visuals tailored to partner audiences (OTAs, insurers, travel management companies, connectivity providers)
- Contribute design thinking and user pain point insights during early-stage product and go-to-market planning in close partnership with Product and Product Marketing teams
- Run partner interviews, usability testing, and business case validation to ground deliverables in real user pain points
- Test and iterate on partner-facing and end-user flows based on real usage, feeding findings back into design
- Finalize launch collateral and gather feedback from early adopter partners
- Build a repeatable design process as the B2B roadmap grows
In your first 12 months, you will deliver design coverage across multiple B2B product launches, each with a considered product experience and complete partner toolkit; a partner and end-user experience with continuity from partner-facing product to traveler-facing elements; a library of sales and marketing collateral that improves deal quality and partner trust; a repeatable process for taking B2B initiatives from early positioning to launch-ready toolkit; and the first B2B case study built from real partner feedback.
Requirements:
- Strong product designer with B2B experience and business marketing sensibility, comfortable moving from partner-facing flows to sales decks without losing quality
- Deep understanding of B2B buyer psychology and ability to translate insights into product and partner experiences that drive conversion
- Research rigor: partner interviews, usability testing, and assumption validation are part of your default process
- Systems thinking: recognize that partner-facing products, end-user journeys, and sales collateral draw on the same underlying context and design for continuity
- Ability to operate within a structured go-to-market process without losing momentum; understand how design timing affects speed to market
- Clear communication of design decisions to build trust with commercial stakeholders, not just design peers
- Comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous environments; take ownership and create clarity rather than waiting for perfect information
- Fast, pragmatic work style; use tools like AI to explore ideas, validate directions, and accelerate workflow; know when to go deep in Figma and when to move on
- Exceptional communication skills; align teams, influence stakeholders, and articulate product thinking to drive decisions and build trust
- Close collaboration with engineers, including distributed or external teams; understand what it takes to turn ideas into production-ready solutions
- High bar for quality with strong judgment about when to refine and when to ship
- Fluency in business English
