You'll join the design team as a Product Designer, working across consumer product (web and mobile) throughout the full design process: discovery, ideation, and shipping-ready UI. You'll be embedded in a cross-functional pod with product managers and engineers, with mentorship from senior designers. This role emphasizes growth, curiosity, and developing your own design voice—you'll be encouraged to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and contribute meaningfully beyond task execution.
Key responsibilities include:
**Design & Craft:** Use Figma and AI tools to communicate and validate design decisions. Contribute to UX across web and mobile. Help maintain and extend Bounce's design system for consistency.
**Research & Discovery:** Participate in user interviews, usability tests, and research sessions. Understand user interactions, pain points, and quantitative/qualitative data. Contribute to competitive research and stay informed about leading consumer product solutions.
**Collaboration:** Work closely with product managers on problem framing, constraints, and success metrics. Partner with engineers to understand technical feasibility. Present work in design jams and articulate design reasoning clearly.
**Requirements:**
- 3+ years of product design experience
- Portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, not just visual polish
- Solid working knowledge of Figma
- Genuine interest in user-centered design
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear communicator who can explain design decisions without jargon
- Comfortable receiving and acting on feedback quickly
