inDrive is seeking a Senior Product Analyst focused on the Matching function to measure, understand, and improve the matching systems powering their marketplace. In this role, you will own the analytical perspective on how supply, demand, and marketplace efficiency behave under uncertainty and dynamic conditions, translating insights into decisions that shape matching and ranking algorithms.
Unlike traditional dispatch-based matching systems, inDrive operates on a unique bid-based model where rider–driver connections are shaped through direct negotiation. This creates a fundamentally different analytical challenge, requiring rigorous measurement of user behavior, response dynamics, and marketplace incentives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing analytics frameworks to measure matching system performance
- Analyzing supply and demand dynamics under varying market conditions
- Understanding user behavior patterns and response to incentives
- Translating analytical findings into algorithmic improvements
- Collaborating with product and engineering teams to test and validate hypotheses
- Building dashboards and reporting systems to monitor marketplace health
- Identifying opportunities to optimize matching efficiency and user satisfaction
You will work at the intersection of data science, product strategy, and marketplace economics, requiring both statistical rigor and business acumen to drive decisions in a complex, dynamic environment.
