As a Senior Product Analyst focused on Member Acquisition Marketing, you will lead insights projects driving member growth and acquisition. Your responsibilities include:
• Presenting data-driven insights to senior stakeholders, translating complex analysis into actionable recommendations
• Using SQL and Python to interrogate data and solve critical business problems
• Improving performance marketing and growth initiatives through descriptive to prescriptive analytics
• Building analytics roadmaps for customer strategy, acquisition efficiency, customer lifetime value, and budget optimization
• Collaborating with analytical engineering and marketing technology teams to integrate data from third-party platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
• Advising performance marketing teams on member attribution across channels
• Measuring and reporting campaign performance, ROI, and key KPIs
• Supporting analytics leadership in prioritizing business cases and identifying opportunities
• Refining work items with business stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables
• Championing storytelling, prioritization, and growth mindset across the organization
You will work in a flexible hybrid model with offices designed as innovation hubs. Tide supports both in-person and remote work, with opportunities for up to 90 days of work-from-abroad annually.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 6+ years of experience in analytics teams within digital products (fintech experience preferred but not mandatory)
• Mandatory: Performance marketing experience
• Sound understanding of digital marketing tools and how they function
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals, A/B testing, Google Analytics, AppsFlyer
• Deep understanding of multi-touch attribution, marketing mix modeling, cohort analysis, and customer lifetime value
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to drive and influence teams of analysts, engineers, and data scientists without formal reporting authority
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency with visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Qlikview, etc.)
• Exceptional storytelling abilities and capacity to explain complex analytical concepts to business users
• Problem-solving mindset—ability to unblock team challenges around data querying, business logic, and data visualization
• Strong business acumen to quickly identify relevant metrics and anticipate high-value data projects
• Ability to build effective relationships and drive adoption of data-driven decision-making
• Self-starter mentality with initiative in spotting opportunities and solving challenges with data
• Comfort with ambiguity and competing objectives in fast-paced environments
