Eucalyptus is a leading consumer healthcare platform operating across the US, Australia, UK, Germany, Japan, Spain, and Canada. Following integration with Hims & Hers, the Australian business is scaling rapidly and seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to own sourcing, supplier, and category strategy. This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Supply Chain. You will be the category strategist for procurement—designing category strategies, running supplier performance management, and partnering with Commercial and Clinical teams to bring new product lines to market. You will not simply execute tenders but will drive strategic sourcing decisions aligned with commercial objectives. Key responsibilities include: • Build category strategy in partnership with Commercial: translate commercial strategy into aligned sourcing and negotiation strategies across product categories, define negotiation levers for competitive landed costs, and leverage Hims & Hers' global supplier relationships for Australian requirements. • Kick-start the S&OP process: establish an initial, lightweight sales and operations planning cadence anchored on supplier performance and cost/margin tracking, use demand and supply signals to sharpen negotiations, and lay groundwork for a dedicated planning function. • Own supplier performance and QBRs: run structured quarterly business reviews with strategic suppliers, set and track performance scorecards across quality, service, cost, and lead-time, and lead formal performance improvement plans. • Partner on new product launches: own the procurement and supply side of bringing new categories to market, including TGA/ARTG registration readiness, supplier onboarding, and launch stock planning. • Design supply-risk framework and own COGS: build frameworks for identifying and mitigating supply risk and maintain SKU-level landed cost visibility to protect margin as the portfolio grows. • Design contract and compliance framework: establish contracting standards and templates with Legal and Compliance, ensure Australian labelling and ARTG compliance, and manage import duties, customs, and biosecurity obligations. • Coach the team: as the senior individual contributor in procurement, mentor junior team members, practice radical candour, and set quality standards for sourcing and contracting. You will work closely with the Warehouse and Inventory Manager, Fulfilment function, Legal, Compliance, and Commercial teams in a fast-scaling, post-acquisition environment. REQUIREMENTS: • 6+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing, ideally within FMCG, pharma, healthcare, or regulated consumer-goods environments, with a track record of owning a category end-to-end • Proven commercial negotiator with demonstrated success designing and delivering category strategies and measurable savings • Experience running supplier QBRs and leading structured performance improvement with a partnership approach to key suppliers • Working knowledge of Australian import, labelling, and regulatory requirements; TGA/ARTG familiarity highly desirable • Comfortable designing frameworks (supply-risk, contracting standards, sourcing strategy) in partnership with Legal and Compliance • Self-starter and strong cross-functional partner able to translate commercial strategy into aligned category plans and establish S&OP cadence from scratch • Analytical and fluent with cost and margin data; ERP and procurement system experience advantageous • Natural coach who raises quality bar and models inclusion • Resilient and comfortable with ambiguity in fast-scaling, post-acquisition environments
