Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology. As a Senior Value Engineer, you will be a trusted advisor helping enterprise customers achieve strategic goals and realize significant value using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. You will own the end-to-end value journey for customers—from initial landing through expansion, adoption, and renewal.
Your responsibilities span three core areas:
Identify & Frame Value: Discover and translate customers' strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases. Build demos and business cases leveraging industry benchmarks. Conduct value assessments and proof-of-value projects, communicating opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-level executives.
Realize Value: Facilitate business value workshops to identify process enhancement opportunities. Derive improvement measures across core business functions and initiate enterprise-wide change initiatives. Present results and realized value to senior management.
Scale Value: Build strategic expansion roadmaps embedding Celonis as a transformation platform. Drive adoption and expansion across customer organizations. Provide feedback to product development teams on new use cases and platform enhancements.
You will work in partnership with Celonis Sales Teams and Services, blending deep process and industry expertise with consulting skills. The role requires native-level German proficiency to lead customer workshops, conduct executive presentations, and manage stakeholder interactions in German.
Required qualifications include analytical experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, or management consulting with business software/SaaS providers, or equivalent in-house roles (e.g., Center of Excellence for Data/Analytics). You need strong knowledge of business software applications (SAP), experience implementing RPA and/or BI tools, and familiarity with Python and/or SQL. Process improvement experience, project management capability, and executive stakeholder management skills are essential.
