Anthro is a next-generation battery technology company. We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead the development and implementation of Quality Management best practices across our operations, maintaining strict chemical engineering standards and protocols.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and implementation of Quality Management best practices, ensuring application across all relevant operational areas while maintaining strict chemical engineering standards and protocols
- Use established engineering standards and methodologies to ensure R&D processes are feasible at pilot scale and can be achieved with available materials and equipment
- Lead or support best practices for growing the chemical engineering and chemical production functions, building out a full manufacturing organization
- Drive the scaling of battery technology from lab to production
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Alameda, California.
**Requirements:**
- MS in Chemical Engineering
- Experience designing experiments based on 350mAh & 5Ah Si Anode coin cells
