Jane App is a founder-led, high-growth SaaS platform serving over 70,000 clinics and 250,000+ practitioners daily. The company is building the operating system for healthcare practices, enabling clinics to run nearly every aspect of their business in one place. You will own the Communications product space end-to-end, from discovery and customer research through shipping and go-to-market commercialization. Today, many clinics still handle patient communication outside of Jane; your focus will be closing that gap by building new communication channels and enhancing existing products like the Notifications Centre. Key responsibilities include: - Own a problem space within Communications, bringing clarity to ambiguous areas and making sound decisions about when to move forward versus dig deeper - Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, support, product marketing, and communications design partners early and throughout the product lifecycle - Work in the details alongside engineers and designers—this is not a strategy-only role. You'll refine edge cases, work through trade-offs, test prototypes, and iterate until the solution is right - Shape how Jane leverages AI in Communications to support the mission of helping healthcare practitioners stay responsive to patients - Partner with design and engineering leads to define customer problems, expected outcomes, and roadmap priorities - Become the go-to expert in your space by deeply understanding customers and the competitive landscape Jane's culture emphasizes collaboration, with weekly forums where anyone can share work and receive feedback from company leadership. You'll work in a remote-first environment across Canada, the US, and the UK, with a team of zero-to-one builders shaping the future of healthcare. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS company, including taking a product from 0-to-1. You must have spotted an opportunity, won buy-in, and shaped the plan to bring it to market—from validating early ideas through betas to commercialization - Experience leading planning and strategy work, from shaping longer-term vision to breaking it into clear priorities. You are a confident facilitator comfortable running workshops to explore problems, shape ideas, and reach decisions - Track record of shipping products that made a clear difference for customers (not just contributing a slice of company-wide revenue). You define success and use data to guide decisions - Experience shipping AI-powered products and features that solve customer problems, and helping influence broader company AI strategy by building alongside other teams - Demonstrated ability to work with broad partner groups and build alignment in fast-moving environments without slowing things down. You communicate complex problems and solutions clearly and bring senior leaders and stakeholders into your thinking - Nice-to-haves: experience in communications, healthcare, AI, marketing automation, SMB/B2C products, or regulated environments (not required) Note: The posting explicitly welcomes applications from candidates who don't meet every qualification but are excited about the role.
