Salary: EUR 105,000 - 125,000 / annual
Attio is a Series B AI-native CRM platform for revenue teams, backed by GV, Redpoint, Balderton, Point Nine, and 01A with $116M raised. The company is building infrastructure for agentic revenue automation at scale.
As a Senior Platform Engineer, you'll own the platform infrastructure, tooling, and pipelines that enable the entire engineering team to ship quickly and safely. You'll treat the platform as a product, with every engineer at Attio as your customer.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and evolving platform infrastructure as code using Terraform, Kubernetes, and GCP, ensuring all environments are reproducible, version-controlled, and auditable
- Owning CI/CD pipelines end-to-end to make builds, tests, and deploys fast, reliable, and secure
- Owning the observability stack (metrics, logging, distributed tracing) as the foundation of reliability culture
- Defining and maintaining SLOs for latency, availability, and error rates, managing capacity to stay within targets
- Leading incident response: triaging and resolving complex production issues, running blameless post-mortems, and shipping fixes as code
- Partnering with product engineering teams to eliminate manual toil and shorten the path from code to production
You'll bring hands-on production systems experience with an SRE mindset (SLOs, error budgets, toil reduction, blameless post-mortems). You have deep expertise with modern cloud architectures (GCP or AWS), including networking, IAM, and managed services. You're proficient with Docker and Kubernetes at scale, covering cluster design, networking, storage, and security. You can code in TypeScript, Go, Python, or Rust with a track record of well-tested automation. You have experience owning mission-critical operational tooling like centralized logging or APM platforms (Datadog, Splunk). You communicate technical ideas effectively and influence how other engineers build and operate services.
