Salary: GBP 105,000 - 125,000 / annual
Attio is building the CRM for agentic revenue, designed for ambitious go-to-market teams. The company has raised $116M from top-tier investors including Google Ventures, Redpoint, and Balderton, and is at Series B stage.
As a Senior Platform Engineer, you'll own the infrastructure, tooling, and pipelines that enable the rest of the engineering team to ship quickly and safely. You'll treat the platform as a product, with every engineer at Attio as your customer.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and evolving platform infrastructure as code using Terraform, Kubernetes, and GCP, ensuring every environment is reproducible, version-controlled, and auditable
- Owning CI/CD pipelines end-to-end, making builds, tests, and deploys fast, reliable, and secure
- Owning the observability stack (metrics, logging, distributed tracing) as the foundation of a reliability culture
- Defining and maintaining SLOs for latency, availability, and error rates, managing capacity to stay within targets
- Leading incident response: triaging and resolving complex production issues, running blameless post-mortems, and shipping fixes as code
- Partnering with product engineering teams to eliminate manual toil and shorten the path from code to production
You'll bring hands-on experience operating production systems with an SRE mindset, including SLOs, error budgets, and toil reduction. You have deep expertise with modern cloud architectures (GCP or AWS), Docker and Kubernetes at scale, and proficiency in languages like TypeScript, Go, Python, or Rust. You've owned mission-critical operational tooling and can communicate technical ideas effectively to influence how other engineers build and operate services.
The role is based in London and offers a competitive salary of £105,000–£125,000, equity, 25 days holiday, Apple hardware, private medical insurance, pension contributions, enhanced family leave, and team off-sites in interesting locations.
