Establish guardrails and best practices for reliability, failure handling, scaling, and upgrades. Make developers Temporal SDK experts and customer architects Temporal Server experts. Lead cross-functional coordination across Professional Services, Support, Partners, and internal teams using project management discipline to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. Proactively manage technical risk, migrations, and architectural debt. **Long-Term Technical Health**: Set and validate reliability, observability, and operational standards. Monitor health signals and intervene before customers experience issues. Lead technical reviews, readiness checkpoints, and maturity assessments. Certify teams and workloads as production-ready. **Adoption & Growth**: Surface growth signals based on usage, maturity, and confidence. Partner with customers, Growth Account Executives, and Solution Architects to unlock new workloads. Translate production success into technical narratives for renewal and expansion. Advocate for customer needs and real-world patterns internally. Required: 6+ years professional software engineering or solutions engineering experience, strong understanding of distributed systems and workflow orchestration, proficiency in Go, Java, TypeScript, or Python, experience building and operating production systems at scale, ability to debug complex technical issues, strong customer-facing communication skills, and experience creating technical documentation and training materials.
