As Senior People Partner for UK & Ireland, you will be the strategic owner of the people agenda for a function, reporting to the Director, Business Partnering EMEA. You'll act as a true thought partner to senior leadership, shaping organizational design, performance, and culture as Legora scales. Key responsibilities: - Own and execute the people strategy for your function across UK & Ireland, translating business priorities into forward-looking people agendas - Partner with senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and scaling decisions - Coach leaders on performance management, accountability, feedback, and change management - Serve as strategic partner through growth, reorganizations, and organizational change initiatives - Monitor organizational health and culture, flagging risks early - Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits on levelling and compensation reviews - Work with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, People Programs, People Data & Tech) to translate global frameworks into regional impact - Act as key connection point between your function and the broader People organization Legora values ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions, and high standards with direct, ego-free feedback. REQUIREMENTS: - 7+ years as an HRBP or People Partner in high-growth or scaling environments - Proven track record advising senior leadership—shaping decisions, not just supporting them - Deep experience across organizational design, performance management, leadership development, compensation, and change at scale - Experience working within a Center of Excellence model - Solid working knowledge of UK employment law and comfort navigating multi-jurisdictional complexity - Calm under pressure, decisive in ambiguity, and confident challenging senior stakeholders - Genuine motivation for high-performance cultures, viewing hiring bar, performance, and accountability as business priorities
