Salary: USD 150,000 - 175,000 / annual

As a Senior People Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to managers and senior leaders globally, translating business priorities into effective organizational and talent strategies. This is a high-impact role that combines strategic advising with hands-on execution, requiring you to move seamlessly between complex organizational challenges and scalable initiative leadership. Key responsibilities include: - Advising managers and senior leaders (Director-level and above) on organizational design, talent strategy, leadership development, and workforce planning - Coaching managers through ambiguous, high-stakes people and organizational challenges to strengthen their judgment and leadership capabilities - Partnering with Talent Acquisition and Finance on workforce and hiring strategies aligned with company priorities - Leading core talent processes including performance management, calibration, promotions, succession planning, compensation planning, and leadership development for the Public Investor business - Proactively identifying organizational and talent risks (retention concerns, leadership gaps, succession needs, scaling challenges) and developing data-informed solutions - Guiding leaders through reorganizations and significant organizational changes with thoughtful planning and clear communication - Navigating complex employee relations matters in partnership with Legal and People Operations - Building and improving scalable programs, processes, and operating practices across the People function - Shaping communication strategies for significant people and organizational initiatives - Championing YipitData's culture and leadership expectations to build inclusive, high-performing teams - Leveraging AI and technology to increase effectiveness and scalability of people operations You will work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities evolve and systems are still being built. The role requires strong business acumen, exceptional coaching skills, sound independent judgment, and a bias for action. REQUIREMENTS: - 6+ years of experience in HR Business Partner, People Partner, Organizational Development, or related role within high-growth technology, SaaS, or similarly fast-paced environment - Significant experience advising managers and senior leaders, including Director-level and above stakeholders, through complex business, organizational, and people decisions - Strong business acumen and ability to connect financial and operational priorities to talent decisions - Experience leading organizational design, workforce planning, or talent strategy initiatives supporting meaningful company or department growth - Demonstrated ability to proactively identify organizational risks and develop practical, systemic solutions - Experience building, redesigning, or significantly improving People programs or systems (not only administering established processes) - Experience leading core talent processes such as performance management, compensation planning, engagement, succession planning, or leadership development - Strong independent judgment in sensitive employee relations, performance, and organizational matters with clear escalation judgment - Exceptional communication skills to influence senior stakeholders, adapt across audiences, and bring clarity to complex or sensitive topics - Ability to use business context, qualitative signals, and quantitative insights to develop recommendations - Thrives in high-growth, ambiguous environments where priorities evolve and systems are still being built - Experience supporting globally distributed teams and navigating cross-cultural organizational dynamics BONUS QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience supporting Data, Insights, Revenue, GTM, and/or Engineering organizations - Built or redesigned career frameworks, leveling structures, performance systems, or leadership development programs - Partnered closely with Finance and Talent Acquisition on strategic headcount planning and investment decisions - Led significant organizational changes, restructurings, or transformation initiatives - Helped a growing organization define and operationalize a high-performance culture
