Trustpilot is a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company and the world's largest open customer review platform, with over 350 million reviews and 60 million monthly active users. As Senior People Analytics Manager, you will be the analytics backbone of the People function, partnering with cross-functional teams to define, track, and analyze key metrics that shape organizational strategy. You will own end-to-end analytics delivery—from data extraction and validation through dashboard creation and insight generation. Your responsibilities include discovering automation opportunities to reduce manual effort, defining primary metrics for the people team, and establishing robust tracking mechanisms. You'll collaborate with Finance, Sales, and People teams to identify analytical needs, gather data, and evaluate performance against KPIs. A core part of your role is translating complex data analyses into compelling narratives for executives and senior leaders, driving strategic decision-making. You'll serve as a technical advisor and subject-matter expert to the people team, enhancing data literacy across the function. You'll conduct both ad-hoc deep-dive analyses and maintain regular reporting cadences, while partnering with the Senior Director of Reward & Analytics to enhance data tooling, warehousing, and governance. You'll also provide backup support to the Workforce Planning team during peak periods. You bring strong expertise in data modeling, statistical analysis, and business intelligence tools. You're proficient in Google Sheets, have hands-on experience with Sage HR (Salesforce), and are comfortable working with Looker and BigQuery. You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, manage competing priorities effectively, and communicate complex insights clearly to diverse audiences. You're highly autonomous, self-motivated, and quick to learn new tools and concepts. Above all, you're collaborative and service-oriented, focused on building trusted relationships and delivering solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
