You'll lead RevenueCat's technology partner ecosystem strategy and execution. This is a high-ownership role focused on identifying which technology partnerships matter most to RevenueCat and its customers, then building and deepening those relationships strategically.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting ecosystem strategy: decide where to invest based on customer demand, adoption, strategic importance, commercial opportunity, and effort
- Deepening high-potential partnerships: own execution plans that go beyond integrations, including customer adoption, co-selling, incentives, and creative GTM motions
- Identifying and building new strategic partnerships: spot emerging opportunities, build business cases, and take partnerships from idea through launch
- Prioritizing integrations: build business cases for which integrations RevenueCat should invest in
- Creating scalable models: improve how the company evaluates and supports inbound integration requests
- Measuring impact: define and report metrics showing which partnerships create value
You'll work closely with the Partnerships Lead and cross-functional teams in Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Success milestones include establishing a partner evaluation framework within 3 months, launching differentiated GTM motions with priority partners within 6 months, and building a scalable integration evaluation model within 12 months.
The role requires 4+ years of partnerships experience in a startup or scale-up environment, with demonstrated success building or significantly improving technology partner ecosystems. You should have experience creating strategic partnerships end-to-end and can articulate how you've decided where to invest and where not to.
