Robinhood is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to lead cryptocurrency ecosystem partnerships and integrations. In this role, you will identify and evaluate partnership opportunities across cryptocurrency exchanges, custodians, blockchain protocols, and decentralized finance platforms. You'll lead contract negotiations ensuring alignment with commercial, product, legal, security, and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include: identifying and evaluating partnership opportunities across the crypto ecosystem; leading negotiations with exchanges, custodians, and blockchain partners; collaborating with product teams to understand partnership needs and accelerate crypto roadmap projects; managing onboarding and integration of new partners across product, engineering, design, research, and compliance teams; maintaining and improving relationships with existing partners while tracking performance; and analyzing partnership performance and industry trends to inform strategic decisions. You'll work closely with engineering, product, and compliance teams to bring new crypto capabilities to customers while maintaining strong regulatory standards. The role plays a central part in shaping how Robinhood Crypto supports its core business and delivers new capabilities to customers. This position is based in the New York office with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategy with cryptocurrency or blockchain experience; strong understanding of blockchain technology, crypto markets, and key ecosystem participants; ability to build effective working relationships and communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners; structured, detail-oriented approach to evaluating opportunities; and comfort managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
