Gorgias is building a unified AI agent platform that enables conversational commerce—turning customer interactions into relationships through intelligent, personalized shopping experiences across chat, support, and re-engagement. Partnerships drive over 50% of Gorgias' revenue and are central to the company's growth strategy.
As Senior Partnerships Manager, you will own and grow a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise-level agency partnerships across North America, including ISVs, BPOs, development agencies, digital marketing firms, and e-commerce agencies. This is a high-impact, externally facing role with significant autonomy to build your own regional strategy.
Key responsibilities include: managing a portfolio of strategic agency partners with monthly cadence calls to review pipeline and co-selling opportunities; coordinating joint sales cycles with Gorgias account executives, solutions engineers, and customer success managers; driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline with revenue accountability; transforming referral partners into Gorgias-certified service providers through the Partner Academy; implementing revenue-under-management models for key agencies; representing Gorgias at industry conferences with ~25% travel; and proactively communicating progress, risks, and blockers to cross-functional stakeholders.
You'll work closely with North America sales and success teams to expand market reach, particularly through enterprise partnerships with large development and digital marketing agencies. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a revenue-driven mindset, and the ability to influence both internal executives and external partners.
Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of partnerships, enterprise sales, or strategic account management experience; a strong network in the North America e-commerce community (especially Shopify ecosystem); experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder agency relationships; and comfort with pipeline tracking, forecasting, and sales outcomes. Technical acumen and familiarity with eCommerce platforms are valued.
