Casap is a Series A fintech startup building an AI-native disputes automation and fraud prevention platform for financial institutions. Founded by product leaders from Robinhood and Chime, the company has raised $30M+ from top-tier investors and has achieved 10x revenue growth over the past 12 months. As Senior Partnerships Manager, you will independently own a portfolio of strategic distribution and platform partners, driving partner-sourced growth as a critical revenue channel. This is a senior individual contributor role with substantial autonomy, sitting between Partner Manager and Director level, with potential to grow into Director scope based on consistent results. Key responsibilities include: **Distribution & Partner Growth**: Independently manage a portfolio of strategic partners, building multi-threaded relationships across executive, sales, product, implementation, marketing, and operations. Develop joint business plans, run business reviews, lead partner enablement, and own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. Lead difficult partner conversations and escalations, working closely with the Head of Partnerships on strategy, major negotiations, and resource decisions. **Integrations**: Own cross-functional coordination of partner integrations from scoping through launch. Establish plans, identify owners and dependencies, remove blockers, and hold stakeholders accountable to committed timelines. Represent partner context in Product, Engineering, and Implementation discussions. **Brand & Credibility**: Develop co-marketing initiatives including case studies, announcements, webinars, campaigns, and enablement materials. Turn customer results into market proof and ensure partner sellers have positioning and content to effectively introduce Casap. **Partner Operations**: Manage operating cadence including CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, revenue-share data, payout coordination, dashboards, and business reviews. Define and track partner-health indicators. Build scalable workflows, playbooks, and operating standards. Success is measured on outcomes: partners operating from clear joint plans with named owners, consistent partner-sourced pipeline creation and advancement, integrations launching on schedule with early risk surfacing, and accurate reporting and operating cadences. You'll become a trusted leader to partners and the credible internal voice for partner context. Required: 5+ years in partnerships, channel management, business development, or strategic account management with direct ownership of complex B2B relationships. Commercial fluency across joint go-to-market, referrals, co-selling, enablement, partner economics, and renewals. Ability to lead senior conversations and know when to escalate. Track record of building processes, playbooks, and CRM discipline.
