As Senior Partner Success Manager, you will drive the success of strategic banking partnerships and foster long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. You will serve as the primary point of contact for partner accounts, managing all inquiries, requests, and escalations while coordinating with internal stakeholders to prioritize and deliver partnership improvement programs.
Key responsibilities include:
Partner Relationship Management: Lead and manage strategic partner accounts, develop and nurture relationships, coordinate monthly and quarterly business reviews to assess performance and partner satisfaction, and lead communications during critical incidents affecting service availability.
Partner Success and Change Management: Collaborate with partners to define success metrics and develop joint business plans, conduct regular business reviews to assess progress and identify improvements, plan and execute changes to client support and onboarding processes, provide guidance to partner teams, and deliver training sessions and webinars on product updates and industry trends.
Revenue Growth and Expansion: Track and report on partner performance metrics including revenue, customer acquisition, and retention rates on monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual bases. Develop strong working relationships to understand business objectives, identify business development opportunities, and inform product roadmap decisions.
Partner Advocacy: Act as champion for partners within the organization, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly. Represent partner voice in internal discussions, provide weekly executive updates on account activity, and escalate bugs and issues to relevant internal channels for timely resolution.
