As Senior Partner Success Manager, you will own the success and commercial outcomes of a strategic portfolio of advanced transportation system partners. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for executive city and agency leadership, operating with significant autonomy and impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning partner success across a portfolio, serving as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
- Translating partner needs and community requirements into revenue opportunities
- Building long-term relationships by identifying pain points, delivering solutions, and recognizing growth opportunities
- Analyzing service performance data to drive strategic decisions that improve quality, efficiency, and growth
- Leading complex, multi-year contract renewals and service expansions with high-stakes negotiations
- Advocating internally for new products and capabilities to expand partner service scope
This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on relationship building, strategic account management, and revenue growth in the public transit technology space.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in client-facing roles (consulting, customer success, or high-growth companies)
- Proven track record managing senior stakeholder relationships independently
- Fluency in both French and English (required for frequent client interaction)
- Strong quantitative and data analysis skills; ability to translate complex datasets into strategic decisions
- Entrepreneurial relationship-building mindset with ability to navigate complex, politically sensitive situations
