Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing cybersecurity company that has built NodeZero, an autonomous penetration testing platform used by organizations ranging from educational institutions to Global 100 enterprises. The platform helps ITOps/SecOps teams, consulting pentesters, and MSSPs/MSPs proactively identify and verify exploitable attack vectors at scale across internal, external, cloud, and hybrid environments. As Senior Partner Operations Manager for EMEA, you will lead operational execution across Europe, Middle East, and Africa, translating global partner strategy into effective regional workflows. This is a hands-on role that bridges partner strategy with execution across onboarding, deal registration, enablement, support, and reporting. You will own EMEA partner workflows while maintaining alignment with global policies and systems. Key responsibilities include managing regional intake, SLAs, escalations, and policy exceptions; establishing operating cadences for deal reviews and stakeholder updates; and identifying process gaps for documentation or automation. You'll manage the deal-registration lifecycle from submission through qualification and reporting, monitoring queue performance and SLA adherence while partnering with Partner Business Managers and Account Executives to improve submission quality and conversion. You'll coordinate partner onboarding, contracts, portal access, and user administration to reduce time to readiness. You'll track activation through portal usage, certifications, and deal registrations, and maintain accurate partner hierarchies and route-to-market classifications. You'll own comprehensive EMEA partner reporting across pipeline, deal registrations, closed-won ARR, engagement, and enablement, establishing consistent regional filters and attribution rules while certifying QBR data. In your first 90 days, you'll assess current workflows, systems, and data; baseline performance metrics; establish clear intake and escalation processes; and recommend improvements to onboarding, portal adoption, and partner self-service. Long-term success means stronger deal-registration performance, faster onboarding, reliable reporting, improved partner activation, and consistent adoption of global workflows across EMEA. You bring 4+ years in Partner, Channel, Revenue, or Sales Operations, with experience supporting partner ecosystems across multiple EMEA markets. You have hands-on experience with partner onboarding, deal registration, partner portals, QBRs, and channel governance. You're proficient in Salesforce or comparable CRM/PRM systems, with strong analytical, operational, and stakeholder-management skills. Preferred experience includes cybersecurity or SaaS, EMEA distributors, multi-tier channel models, cloud marketplaces, and MSSP/MSP motions.
