Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Partner Development Program Manager to own the success of OEM and Technology partners, including the new plugin marketplace. This role combines program management, data-driven decision-making, strategic thinking, and relationship management to scale the product partnerships portfolio. You will manage the full lifecycle of partner journeys from onboarding through activation and renewal, collaborating with the Business Development Manager on upsell opportunities. You'll drive partners' operational success and revenue goals through one-to-many communication, leveraging automation and AI to extend your reach across the partner ecosystem. Key responsibilities include working cross-functionally with Grafana teams to ensure partnership contracts and obligations are met, creating processes for operational success of agreements with royalty or revenue-share components, and monitoring deployment health and customer satisfaction. You'll build automation-driven systems that surface program progress and partner success metrics, navigate OEM partner relationships with the Sales and Channel teams, and communicate upcoming initiatives to partners and internal teams. You'll enhance documentation, create enablement materials, use data to report on workstreams, and design programs to scale the partner ecosystem. The role reports to the Senior Director of Corporate Business Development. Required qualifications include 5+ years managing a portfolio of customers or partners with strategies to maximize retention, comfort operating at scale with 1:many engagement, experience building agentic systems for process automation, and familiarity with marketplace navigation. You should be analytical, detail-oriented, cross-functionally collaborative, and thrive independently in high-velocity environments with tight deadlines.
