Figma is seeking a Senior Order Management Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team within Accounting. This role sits at the center of Figma's order-to-cash process, managing how contracts are converted into revenue for a global customer base.
You will own the complete order management lifecycle, from contract review and order entry through invoicing. Key responsibilities include:
• Processing orders accurately and within SLA, including complex orders with validation for completeness, accuracy, and policy compliance
• Serving as a primary resource for Sales and Support teams on billing and invoicing questions
• Investigating discrepancies and booking blockers across systems, following up to resolution
• Reviewing orders processed by other analysts and BPO partners, identifying error patterns and driving resolution
• Playing a key role in UAT for new products, SKUs, pricing models, and billing system releases—writing test scripts, executing end-to-end tests, documenting bugs, and collaborating with cross-functional partners
• Supporting month-end and quarter-end close activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and data integrity across systems while maintaining SOX controls and audit documentation
• Owning ad-hoc projects related to process improvement, system upgrades, and controls enhancements across the order-to-cash lifecycle
As Figma scales, you'll help shape how orders are processed, reviewed, and automated. This is a builder's role with significant ownership and impact on revenue operations.
The role can be held from Figma's US hubs (San Francisco or New York) or remotely within the United States.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 3+ years of experience in order management, order-to-cash, billing operations, or revenue operations at a SaaS company
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (RLM or CPQ), an ERP such as NetSuite, and a payment processor such as Stripe
• Clear understanding of how order entry decisions flow downstream into billing and revenue
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills—pivots, XLOOKUP, reconciling large datasets across systems—and comfort with data query tools
• Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of producing quality work under quarter-end pressure, with excellent written and verbal communication across finance and non-finance audiences
