Salary: INR 670,000 - 840,000 / annual
Airbnb's ACC Enterprise Ops team is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist to support the Homes supply onboarding funnel and ensure properties meet Airbnb's policy, design, and regulatory requirements. This role contributes to operational efficiency by delivering key performance metrics, supporting informed decision-making, and driving continuous improvement across operational workstreams.
In this role, you will:
- Review, qualify, and enrich global supply leads from multiple sources to support Airbnb's supply growth
- Resolve complex lead qualification cases and provide guidance using sound business judgment
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and single point of contact (SPOC) for assigned supply verticals, ensuring consistency and quality
- Mentor new hires and support onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives through cross-functional collaboration
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and leverage Salesforce to support business decisions
- Consistently deliver high accuracy, productivity, and quality while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Support ad hoc projects based on business needs
You will apply foundational principles, practices, and methodologies within your designated focus area, developing expertise across a range of workflows. This role requires a blend of functional knowledge and hands-on experience to support efficiency and effectiveness in day-to-day operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience in Operations or relevant field
- Ability to interpret and apply policies, QA standards, and operational guidelines
- Quick learner with ability to absorb training on new tools and processes
- Agile and adaptive thinker with ability to respond to evolving business needs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with proactive approach and action-oriented mindset
