Precision for Medicine seeks a Senior Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence and process improvement across the organization. This role is part of the Business & Operational Excellence group and focuses on planning, implementing, and managing initiatives that enhance study delivery quality, efficiency, and effectiveness for sponsors. Key responsibilities include evaluating business processes and workflows to identify improvement and automation opportunities; partnering with cross-functional stakeholders on root-cause problem-solving; developing and recommending process improvements leveraging subject matter experts; and designing and implementing new business processes with organizational priorities in mind. You will lead change management initiatives, develop communication frameworks to assess role impact, and deploy tactics to ensure adoption and sustainability of process changes. You'll lead internal stakeholder communications on progress, performance, issues, and blockers affecting business attainment and critical program completion. Additional duties include identifying operational risks and implementing mitigation plans; documenting business processes; establishing key performance metrics and dashboards; providing training and guidance on new processes; monitoring and measuring initiative effectiveness; and ensuring standardized best practices across the organization. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in change management, operations support, and process improvement. CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology drug development experience is essential, with strong understanding of drug development functions. You must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong written and verbal English communication, knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidance, and familiarity with change management models such as ADKAR. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, interpersonally skilled, and thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
