Precision for Medicine seeks a Senior Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the organization. This role is part of the Business & Operational Excellence group and focuses on process improvement, change management, and operational strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluate business processes and workflows to identify improvement and automation opportunities
- Lead root-cause problem-solving with cross-functional stakeholders to address process challenges
- Design and implement new business processes aligned with organizational priorities
- Lead change management initiatives, including communication frameworks and adoption strategies
- Establish key performance metrics and dashboards to monitor operational performance
- Provide training and guidance to teams on new processes and continuous improvement
- Monitor adoption of process and organizational changes to ensure sustained impact
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans
- Support standardized best practices across the organization
- Prepare tools, templates, and documentation to support execution
The ideal candidate brings 5-7 years of experience in change management, operations support, and process improvement, ideally within CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology drug development. You'll have a bachelor's degree, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams, excellent written and verbal English communication skills, and knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidance. Familiarity with change management models (ADKAR) and change radars is valued. You're self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments while maintaining strong professionalism and ownership of quality outputs.
