In this role, you will be responsible for building and continuously improving acquisition and onboarding motions that bring new Luxe supply online, keeping the pipeline healthy, and partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and technical teams to hit growth targets. You will own program budgets and vendor relationships, identify and close gaps in tooling and process to move away from manual workarounds, and drive shared programs from planning through execution.

- Identifying and closing gaps in tooling and process to enable durable systems
- Managing program budgets and vendor relationships, including selecting external partners
- Driving shared programs with peer leads from planning through execution
- Representing the team in internal meetings, cross-functional forums, and leadership settings
- Tracking key metrics, diagnosing performance drivers, and identifying levers to maintain performance
You will work within the Homes Enterprise team, which sits at the heart of Airbnb's supply engine, ensuring efficient and intelligent operations from demand/supply identification through host acquisition, vetting, onboarding, and growth.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years of experience in program/operations management, sales or revenue operations, or supply chain operations in a high-growth, cross-functional environment
- Proven track record owning a pipeline or funnel end-to-end, from design through steady-state operation, including budget and vendor accountability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including building dashboards and using data to drive decisions; advanced data analytics skills preferred (SQL)
- Deep, hands-on experience with Salesforce, including building dashboards and reports, and diagnosing and resolving pipeline or automation issues
- Comfortable getting things done with urgency and adapting quickly to changing priorities
- Proven track record navigating matrixed organizations and building relationships to achieve goals with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with presence and judgment to represent the team in leadership settings
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and quality
