This Senior Operations Manager role sits at the intersection of Operations, Product, and Corporate Finance (FP&A). You will be the operational glue ensuring customer acquisition funnels, vendor cost bases, and product rollouts align with financial forecasting models.
Key responsibilities include:
**Commercial Tracking & FP&A Partnership (Primary Focus):**
- Map, track, and collate product roadmaps, features, and departmental OKRs across markets with cost or capacity impact
- Establish regular cadence with Product and Operations teams to extract insights on planned and live initiatives, translating them into structured data inputs for FP&A forecasting
- Monitor and track unit costs across markets and SaaS vendor segments against efficiency targets
- Analyze commercial impact, ROI, and efficiency gains of product updates and operational changes
- Support FP&A team by updating operational actuals, tracking vendor billing patterns, and maintaining headcount models
- Use Excel and visualization tools to provide actionable insights to senior leadership
**End-to-End Project Management & Strategic Launches:**
- Lead non-technical project management for critical operations initiatives, including scaling into new European markets and localizing onboarding frameworks
- Bridge communication gaps and drive alignment between Operations, Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Finance
- Own project roadmaps, drive accountability, manage vendor timelines, and mitigate risks
**Core BizOps & Stakeholder Alignment:**
- Translate operational metrics and constraints into clear narratives for leadership
- Build scalable, documented processes and design performance dashboards
You should have 5+ years in fast-paced environments such as fintech, investment banking, management consulting, business operations, or finance business partnering. Strong quantitative skills, commercial mindset, and cross-functional stakeholder management are essential.
