As a Senior Implementation Specialist (bilingual French/English), you will serve as a product expert and trusted advisor guiding enterprise clients through software adoption and optimization. You'll own the full implementation lifecycle—from understanding client needs and designing tailored solutions, to leading product demos, training sessions, and solution reviews with measurable business impact.
Key responsibilities include configuring and optimizing the Zenoti platform for each client's specific workflows, anticipating implementation risks, providing high-level technical support, troubleshooting customer issues, and collaborating with internal teams to improve product features. You'll manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs, stay current with new platform features and industry trends, and work across distributed teams.
You bring 4–8 years of enterprise software implementation and support experience, with strong technical knowledge of APIs, cloud solutions, and data migration. You have a proven track record deploying software at scale with enterprise clients, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to manage complex, multi-threaded projects. Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is essential. Bonus skills include HTML, JavaScript, JIRA, or wellness/spa industry experience.
