Mytra is building a new class of robotics and distributed software solutions for material movement and storage in the supply chain industry, addressing a $1T market. The company is focused on solving critical challenges in e-commerce logistics, cost management, and supply chain resilience.
As Senior NPI Program Manager, you will own the end-to-end manufacturing launch for Mytra's next-generation system. This is a hands-on role managing the product journey from BOM release through EVT (Engineering Validation Testing), DVT (Design Validation Testing), and PVT (Production Validation Testing) to customer deployment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive manufacturing readiness by owning the complete manufacturing launch plan: build schedules, engineering deliverables, PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), DFx feedback, production tester development, tooling, and line readiness.
- Shape the equipment and tooling roadmap in partnership with Manufacturing Engineering, phasing production testers, fixtures, and capital equipment across development stages so capability arrives ahead of demand.
- Manage Engineering Change Order (ECO) implementation end-to-end: disposition built material, drive line changes, and maintain program team visibility on cut-in status and build impact.
- Drive resolution of build and readiness issues across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Warehouse & Materials teams, prioritizing containment and root-cause corrective action (RCCA).
- Build scalable NPI processes, tooling, and infrastructure that grow with the business, creating durable capability rather than one-off solutions.
Ideal candidates have 5–8+ years of proven NPI experience with complex electromechanical hardware, taking multi-hundred-line BOM products through E/D/PVT into production ramp. Deep expertise in manufacturing launch deliverables (PFMEA, process/fixture development, manufacturing test, DFx, ECO implementation, material disposition) and PLM/ERP systems is essential. You should have built NPI or manufacturing launch processes from near-scratch, not just operated within established frameworks, and possess hands-on familiarity with manufacturing execution and cross-functional launch planning.
