NeuroFlow is a behavioral health technology platform founded by West Point graduate and Army veteran Christopher Molaro and Wharton MBA Adam Pardes. The company partners with healthcare leaders to identify population behavioral health risk early, engage individuals with acuity-specific resources, and enable care teams to make smarter decisions. NeuroFlow builds digital health tools and platforms that integrate behavioral health into the full healthcare ecosystem, helping to close the divide between mental and physical health. As a Senior .NET Engineer, you will bring deep full-stack expertise and sound technical judgment to complex engineering problems in behavioral health technology. You take ownership of significant pieces of the codebase and architecture, mentor other engineers, and partner with stakeholders beyond your immediate team to ensure what you build holds up in production and serves the people who depend on it. This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role where you will have direct impact on the platform's reliability, scalability, and clinical effectiveness. The role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, award-winning culture built around encouragement and daring to be great. NeuroFlow's core values emphasize flexibility, agility, and meaningful impact in an industry ripe for transformation. You will navigate complex healthcare technology challenges where traditional approaches often default to "no" or "can't," and help drive systemic change in behavioral health delivery.
