As a Senior Mobile Engineer, you'll join a growing team of MDs, AI scientists, and technologists working to improve clinical documentation and enable clinicians to focus on patient care. You'll play a key role in technology decisions and implementation, primarily building React and TypeScript applications while contributing across the full stack.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design, build, and support scalable React/TypeScript applications that power our platform
- Make informed technology decisions that balance business needs with security, privacy, and quality
- Enhance existing systems with new functionality while improving performance, stability, and security
- Set standards for accessibility and design system usage across the organization
- Advocate for code quality and help reduce technical debt
- Build deep user empathy and maintain a user-centric approach to product development
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, ML, and infrastructure teams
- Mentor and learn from other engineers in a supportive environment
You bring 7+ years of experience building and shipping web applications, with 5+ years specifically in React. You've independently delivered features or small applications and are excited about the mobile tech stack (React, TypeScript, potentially Electron). You're autonomous yet collaborative, comfortable working across domains, and have deep expertise using AI tools to accelerate engineering workflows over the past couple of years. Bonus experience includes audio playback/recording, file encryption, or offline mode support.
